We have something to offer everybody, from those new to exercise to professional athletes. Beyond the basics, be prepared for challenging, full-body workouts that will wake up those dormant muscles.

  • Small Group Reformer Classes

    The Pilates reformer is a specialised piece of equipment allowing clients to perform hundreds of low impact exercises giving you a safe, total body workout. Using resistance, the reformer facilitates strength building while elongating, rather than bulking muscles.

    Maximum 8 clients per class.

    Classes are 45 minutes.

  • Private Classes

    There are many reasons you may like to take advantage of our private classes. Whatever these may be, we are happy to accommodate you. Private classes may consist of reformer, mat and small prop work.

    Classes are 50 minutes.

  • Semi Private Classes

    Share Pilates with your favourite peeps. You can get the perks of a private class for just $55 each!

    Max 3 clients per class.

  • Corporate Pilates

    Tailored, professional packages to enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being at work.

  • Pregnancy

    Pregnancy is a beautiful time but it can also put strain on your body. Pregnancy pilates is a wonderful way to care for your body throughout this journey, make friends in the same season, prepare you for birth, and set you up for a fast recovery.

    Classes are on Fridays at 6pm and are ran in 5 week blocks.

    If someone in your life is in this season of their life, a 5 week package o pregnancy reformer classes makes an incredibly thoughtful gift.

  • Release and Restore - Every Wednesday at 1pm

    The fundamental physiology of our Release and Restore class is that repetitive use can lead to excessive tension and fatigue in specific muscle tissues. You might know these as "knots" or "trigger points".

    These muscle fibres are essentially stuck in the "on" position, unable to relax. When we zoom out, this tension affects the entire muscle, resulting in decreased range, power, and endurance.

    Addressing these issues is crucial for maintaining optimal muscle function and overall performance, and we're here to help you do that.

  • Floor Fusion - Every Tuesday at 1pm

    Combining mat pilates, body weight strength exercises and active flexibility, this class will have you feeling strong through all different ranges of motion. If you have any particular movement goals, this is a great setting to get tailored support. 

    Expect to get a bit of a sweat on, but feel very satisfied.

    This is a class for all levels. Students will be supported to move at their own pace and given progressions that are appropriate for where they are at.
